Abstract
|
|
|
Two cases of hyperosmolar hyperglycemic nonketotic coma are reported with the brief review of literatures.
Both cases are elderly, mild adult-onset diabetes, blood glucose is above 600 mg/dl, and plasma osolarity is above 350 mosm/kg in the abscence of ketoacidosis.
